Dear A&C Kitchen , we love to order food from you guys but recently the 3 rd Party Answering service ( Philipino accent ) started to take our orders and started to mess up the order. I have asked them to put me on the phone back to the restaurant ladies but they don't seem to get my request. Long story short, I tried few times but they still did not correct my order eventually had to call somewhere else rather then speaking to their "supervisor" for Orange chicken brocolli and Lo Mein Combo orders ! They don't get it but the sweet ladies over the phone does ! What a drama ..lol ! Please fire them.

This place has become my go to Chinese spot in the neighborhood. Most of the things that I’ve tried have been pretty good. The delivery is usually within like 20 minutes. They save my number and address so I don’t have to repeat myself every time I call which is great!

i usually order from here and the food has always been amazing. But the food i got today, i won't be ordering again. I ordered a large order of ribs and every last 1 was burned. Most of the ribs have little to no meat.

Been going there for years but going to switch to another place. I ordered my usual broccoli and bean curd w garlic sauce over the phone. I thought I misheard the price until I got there and it rang in at $19.50. I could sit in a real restaurant and eat way better food for that. No point to spending $20 on not very good food from a hole in the wall like this.
