★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Love the Black Sesame Cake. Very subtle taste and texture. Has been looking for Asian style desert, or Japanese type. Rarely to find such delicate desert in black sesame flavor in New York. Love it not too sweet, even not taste the sweet, but rich! Will come back again! Recommend!
September 07 · Esther ZhiCute cafe spot right in the heart of East Village! They make beverages here as well as plenty of dessert options for a post meal treat. They’re known for their Basque Cheesecake, which is shareable amongst 2-3 people. There’s minimal seating around the cafe/sidewalk, but if it’s packed, you can bring your items over to Astor Place to enjoy. Overall, this spot is worth the try!
August 30 · Veronica LeongI was so excited to finally try this cute, small cafe in the East Village!Osmanthus Oolong Lava Cheesecake (4/5): The cheesecake was incredibly creamy, though a bit on the heavier side. And the Osmanthus oolong was very light where you don’t taste it as muchDurian Parfait (4.5/5): This was a standout. It was very light and had a generous amount of durian flavor.Corn Coffee (4.5/5): I loved the bold coffee flavor, but I was hoping for a stronger corn taste. If you write a review, you also get a free Jasmine Panna cotta and it was rly good 4.5/5. Love love love the strong Jasmine flavor and it was super refreshing.
September 07 · Cecilia LeeThe oolong basque cheesecake is really good, but it’s a ridiculous price. The corn latte didn’t quite hit. I really liked the cheese foam on top!! But the latte itself was weirdly bitter - the corn and the coffee flavors didn’t quite jive. They have sago and a bunch of fun desserts. They’re just expensive. The basque cheesecake is a good gluten free option (at least I think it’s gluten free).
July 13 · Cassia ALove deserts that are not too sweet! Small spot so limited seating but interesting daily specials and nice containers to take your sweets to go!
