I’m here all the time. Bagels are good, staff is usually friendly. 4 stars because the facilities are a little beaten up and the dining area isn’t always kept clean. Also they’re very weird about prices. For example, they have a student discount, which they advertise prominently. Except the discount doesn’t apply to … bagels? Apparently bagels — at a bagel shop — are on the “special menu,” so they don’t count. Like huh?Also they just raised the price of pastries and muffins to $4.50, and they’re mid at best.I still come here all the time.

Bagel Belly has been my go-to for seven years, and their bagels never disappoint! Everything is always so fresh. I especially love the egg bagel with tuna salad or smoked salmon—the salmon isn’t too salty and is actually my favorite in the city. The staff are attentive and friendly, and many of them have been there for years, which says a lot. As for the atmosphere, it’s a very casual spot—perfect for a quick bite or grabbing your bagels to go.

Amazing spot. Was recommended here by the hotel I was staying at and did not miss. $1.95 bagels? Insane. I got the The bacon egg and cheese with the bread scooped out. Incredible. Really nice staff too plus great sweets/pastry options
