★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Food is always great. Issue is with service. Hours are listed until 2pm. I ordered at 1:20 and got to the store @ 1:40. I asked for a hot pastrami sandwich in a toasted bagel. Cashier tried to give me a cold sandwich and blatantly lied to me saying that I didn’t specify that I wanted a hot sandwich when I ordered. Doors were shuttered and locked when I arrived. I refused the sandwich and had to leave the store hungry while the cashier continued to lie about my order request.
August 27 · Zamir KhanLove to come here often as the food is always good. Some of the staff are very rude at times. A particularly guy with a red hat is always rude to me when I order my food and gets my order wrong. This alone makes me not want to come back anymore.
August 30 · Sebastian BecerraI was excited to try my first bagel in New York, and Bagel House did not disappoint. The attendant was very welcoming and friendly, and assisted me with my order (a half dozen assorted). The spot is small and intimate, with about 6 tables and is conveniently located on the corner, making it easy to find.I got one bagel to eat in-house (which was so huge, I had to take half with me), and a half dozen for a total of $16.
October 29 · Brandi- -Be Positive MediaTook my three sons for breakfast before the Mets game. Very friendly staff - seemed family run. Bagel sandwiches were all cooked perfectly and bagels were excellent.
July 06 · Brad JonesThe old man in this Bagel House is so disrespectful and with a bad attitude in person and over the phone as well. Workers there are good but I need the owner of this store to address this issue.
