Ordered from them on ubereats under hot gyoza, terrible customer service, order never arrived and the restaurant is closed. Order was supposed to arrive at 1115pm its current 0020am and no orders.

They are not about the customer experience. If you are regular customer that orders from you and the one time, you are short of having an extra tip, but still fully paid the meal, you have a driver complain, then I speak with the manager, and he backs the attitude of the driver, for your regular customer who has tipped all other times.You don't want to keep a customer, you just want their dollar. I just ordered from here on Christmas eve due to being under the weather, I gave the delivery man the payment for the food and the tip , however due not feeling well I gave him $ 100 plus the payment for the food. I immediately called him back and he insist on not returning the money, for which I have everything on camera. This is not good for your customer who supports your restaurant consistently.Dwayne

I ordered from this place. The delivery guy was very rude. Asked for tip and when i called to notify them they hung up the phone because they are aware. I’m praying no one spit in my food. But disgusting service. Will not be ordering from here again. At all, he was banging on my window and did not call when he arrived. I know he won’t be held accountable. Bad for business, money hungry.
