Birch Coffee Reviews
milksittable
★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The waiter was an older man that seemed upset that I “only” ordered a latte. Seemed rude to the other staff and was unfriendly to all the customers around me. Couldn’t wait for a customer to leave. Made you feel like you are suppose to rush and not enjoy your food or drink. The latte wasn’t very warm and was just runny milk with no foam. I would give the drink 2/10, for the price and shop setup you would expect a decent latte. Birch coffee is much better in the city.
April 03 · Zack LymanI walked up and ordered a sandwich on the touchpad. Waited about 3-4 minutes and got it, sat down to eat and was promptly told that the tables are not for "to go" orders and I was forced to leave.
May 27 · John DursoThis is not a real Birch. They have no clue what the difference is between a macchiato, latte, they pour same amount of milk. Asked to do another one and they just threw away half of the cup and poured more milk….
April 18 · Sebastien LafosseLooks cute but did not deliver what we ordered. Instead of cappacinos when they were running late they just poured the milk in. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Cute shop - hopefully will improve.
March 08 · Grace WadellLess than 1 star.Very unpersonable service using a touch screen. Also if you order take out and change your mind, they will not let you sit at their table! A gate chair is my table.
