I didn't get to take pictures like I wanted, so we will talk about food and service. Our waiter was kind, and he knew the menu to a T. The food, oh, so yummy I had steamed clams as an appetizer. The best clams I had in a while with lots of garlic. Then they have this lobster crab burger...OMG....LUMP CRAB with lots of LOBSTER they serve it just like a burger, but I took it apart and ate it just like that..I loved it. - I went to Blackstones tonight for Prime Rib night which is always on Thursdays. The Ceaser salad was premade and ice cold and soggy. It was not fresh. The prime rib was supposed to be cooked medium and it came out medium well. My friends was supposed to be rare and came out medium. Both were cut way too thick and had the consistency of tough steak and not buttery soft prime rib. We both did not like it at all. Very disappointed. It was cooked like a steak not prime rib. Considering that's what we went there for it was very discerning. It didn't even come with a vegetable just lumpy mashed potatoes for $55. The whole meal from start to finish was awful. I took the meat home for my dogs, they will enjoy it more. The manager was extremely apologetic and took half of the meal off. But honestly it hurt to even pay for half. October 16 · Lauren Abrams
- Went to blackstones in Southport for the first time for my wife’s birthday. The food and service was outstanding. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly as were the sides. Dessert was also excellent. Our server Ramon was the best. He was exceptionally attentive, polite and sociable. - The Hostess, Hadi, greeted us as soon as we walked in with immediate kindness and was extremely welcoming. Our waiter, Besian, was extremely attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. He is a great ambassador for this establishment and took extreme good care of us. The food was impeccable, I recommend the fried calamari and the chicken parmigiana!
