Went in for quick coffee and ended up buying this delicious pistachio crepe. It was so delicious and right amount of sugar. Reminded me of Arabian kinda chocolate and dessert. They also had other options but I was full to try others but definitely will recommend this place for dessert and smoothie.

Walked into the store around 7:30pm and order in the kiosk. The were plenty of tables available even though there were a good amount of people in there already. It took about 10 minutes to get our order ready and sincerely all I can say is that I do not regret coming in here today. Everything was so tasty. I really enjoyed my strawberry cup with Dubai chocolate, it was one of the best desserts I ever tasted before. My spouse order the blueberry cream cheese croffle and he said that it was on point, a great combination and was a great snack to enjoy with friends. Definitely will be coming back.

Been meaning to come to this place since I'm more familiar with the Jamaica location which is closer to me. I think I might favor this one. The place is slightly larger or at least it looks like it compared to the more condensed Jamaica location.The lady at register was attentive and kind, even served me my order as I was staying in to eat so A+ on service.No complaint about the shakes in general, they are always legit but the croffle I had, definitely trumps the ones I've had in Jamaica. The taste is good with both of them but the croffles made in the Astoria location are far more cleaner than the ones in Jamaica. My main complaint about the croffles were that they were too messy, they spill out too easy when attempting to eat them but I had NO problem with that here which made for a very pleasant dining experience. I will come back here again.

🚩 BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE ENTERING THIS PLACEI received a $75 gift card purchased at Bora Bora. The last 2 times I visited this establishment, I had a terrible experience. I came as a regular customer and always tipped 20%, yet I left feeling robbed. They charged the gift card, but the staff insisted it wasn’t processed and did not provide me with my food and then blamed me for the issue.It was a horrible experience. This business clearly has no problem stealing from its customers. I will never go back. And if you care about supporting honest local businesses, you shouldn’t go either — because you could be their next victim.The last time I went, I was with my friend. He ordered a custom açaí bowl and specifically did not ask for bananas because he is severely allergic. When the bowl was brought to our table, it had bananas — luckily, it was visible and he didn’t eat it.After he made them aware of the issue, the employee went in the back to make a new açaí bowl and started speaking badly about my friend to a co-worker. They spoke so loudly they he heard everything that they said. After waiting several minutes the employee came back to the table to let him know that they had no more açaí and would not be able to help him. It was extremely unprofessional and humiliating.I was foolish to give this place a second chance. Terrible. Just terrible. I truly regret ever going back.
