Cê Qui Sabe distinguishes itself in the competitive Newark dining scene by offering a specific style of Brazilian experience that appeals to a diverse crowd. The core value proposition is the buffet-style churrasco, which is often priced on a per-pound model. This structure allows diners to control their portion sizes and costs directly, making it an excellent option for a relatively quick and personalized meal during a lunch break or a casual weeknight dinner.
While the experience may differ from the all-you-can-eat Rodizio style found at premium steakhouses, Cê Qui Sabe focuses on providing a satisfying selection of traditional Brazilian fare at a more accessible point. Customers consistently praise the quality of the barbecue meats and the variety of the buffet. The 'barbecue boy' is noted for serving the meat very well, and the option to choose from items like *Bife Acebolado* (Beef With Onions), *Frango A Passarinho* (Cut Up Fried Chicken), and *Peixe Frito* (Fried Fish) ensures there is something for every palate. The strong focus on accessibility, family-friendly features, and a relaxed, casual ambiance further solidify its position as a comfortable and practical destination for an authentic taste of Brazil right here in New Jersey. For those looking to enjoy great food without the formality of a high-end steakhouse, and with the added convenience of easy parking and comprehensive service options, Cê Qui Sabe offers a compelling choice.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1One of the plainer Brazilian Rodizios that I have dined at. Servers were friendly, although only 1 spoke English. Food was laid out in a buffet-style format. The pricing is based on a per- pound-of-food pricing model. One takes a plate and fills it with whatever items and however much of it and then proceeds to the counter where it is weighed (minus the weight of the plate). The BBQ meats are priced higher if those dishes are all that you want and have at the time of each weigh in at the counter. The customer is given a card with a unique identifying number the first time they go to the counter to have their plate weighed. The POS computer keeps track of all of the weight quantities and a final bill tally is given to the customer at the end of their meal.Overall it was of not of the higher quality and standards offered at the more premium Rodizios and there were only 5-6 or so choices of meats. My bill came out to about $25 for the 3 plates I had in total. I would have been better of paying the $30 or $35 dollars that is charged on average at the more premium level, spacious and better ambiance venues. Let's not forget to mention the "premium-grade" Brazilian Rodizios in the area would have had at least 15-20 selections of BBQ meats.
March 27 · Sage MathewFood is very good, barbecue boy serves the pieces of meat very well. Cashier's attendant leaves something to be desired.
September 13 · Ricardo JuniorGreat service the food is ok but I'm an english speaking man im not a big fan of Spanish only menus and places when they say english and spanish
August 09 · Brian DurantThis place is amazing; their food is delicious, the service is professional and friendly, and the prices are fair. I definitely approve and recommend
July 15 · Rodinei RodrigueSFood was great. As first timers to the place, we weren't sure what to do cause it's laid out like a buffet. But it's not....you choose from the umpteen "buffet" options...and at the end of the line, there's rodizio (which is a must do, I mean, c'mon)....then they weigh the plates you've piled on with food. Costs (as of today) $9/lb for weekday lunch. Food was good. Didn't realize there was dessert (just saw that in some of the other reviews), will try those next time....dinged one star since it took a minute to figure out how it worked, and the girl that greeted us couldn't help us since she didn't speak any English.....however, the lady that eventually helped was quite nice...the food is delish. Highly recommend!
