★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Food was delicious the cheese empanadas were good and the bandeja paisa but the customer service was horrible you can’t even ask for a cup of water because they want to charge you almost $2 for a cup the staff needs to be a little more nicer I only asked for a cup of ice and I was charged for it but when my ice fell they didn’t even want to replace it they wanted me to pay for it this is the not the way to do business they should be ashamed they need to fix their staff and put them in check because what kind of dining establishment doesn’t let you use the bathroom
August 07 · Donna D VlogsLove the gallina guisada and their cakes are the best. This bakery have good selections from cakes. I love the flan, choco flan, chocolate layer cake and the napoleon, the staff is very friendly , just have some patience because a lot of the times they pretty busy .
June 28 · Evah PThe place has a beautiful exterior and pandebono was okay but the coffee was so so. Also cashier was not kind or sympathetic. I cannot have sugar in my coffee due to health reasons. There was a miscommunication and when I kindly asked to please have a new drink without sugar the cashier told me I had to buy it again. I only had one sip. Next time maybe they can give the sugar on the side and not in the drink to avoid any confusion. My friend had to talk to them again and only then and with an attitude did they give me a new drink. Sorry but I will not be coming back here again.
August 31 · Adriana Ochoa GranjaI've been here a couple of times and their desserts DON'T disappoint. They have a good selection of desserts in addition to the Colombian baked goods and small Colombian food bites.I'll be honest...I just go for their coffee and desserts so u have no idea what their food tastes like. It's never really looked enticing in It's viewing window. The baked goods don't tempt me either but they sure go quickly.Decor and atmosphere is quite appealing and the service has always been cordial. Definitely stop by and taste the creamy, yummy flan. You'll be glad you did.
September 30 · P. R.This place is amazing. The Colombian baked goods are delicious and authentic. The food is delicious too. The highlight for me was that I had a slice of traditional Colombian Black cake. It was soo good. I've tried it at other bakeries and they are sour and disastrous. To top it off, their macaroons was good too! Which many times macaroons are dry and stale, not here. Can't wait to go back and try the different slices of cake!Forgot to mention: the coffee was good and the service was phenomenal. The ladies were friendly, on top of everything and kept the place clean.
