Well, it was birthday time again. My daughter wanted a blue velvet cake and of course, I don’t want to disappoint her on her special day. I always say you haven’t tasted cake until you had a blue velvet cake for Carousel Cakes. A few years ago my daughter wanted a red velvet cake for her birthday and my mom to me made the best homemade red velvet cake. She not with us anymore. So we tried Carousel Cakes and we’ve been Blue Velvet ever since. Best tasting cake I ever had. It just feels and tastes so good in my mouth. Thank all of you at Carousel Cakes.

This is one of the best bakeries that I've ever been to. The cakes taste nothing at all like the typical bakery cakes, which I don't like and will not eat. The cakes are very moist and flavorful, with a homemade quality that you just don't get at most bakeries. Every one that I've had is delicious, but my favorites are the Blue Velvet and the Chocolates, of which they offer several varieties. They're rich and satisfying, a small slice is enough for me. If you're going on a Saturday, beware...don't go too late in the day, they close at 1:00, nothing like getting your mouth set to taste one of these beauties and...whaaa..whaaa = CLOSED!

OMG! My BDay cake on 5/3/2025 was moist and delicious! That buttercream was the best I had. My 80 guest enjoyed the cake that they asked for another piece plus some to take home. I will be ordering from Carousel Cakes in July for daughter’s baby shower💕 Thank you for making my day so special.Tanya

Always my go to if I need a cake fast. This is an efficient run business model. They freeze the cakes for fast service and never disappoint. This time we tried the New York Blackout Cake. This is sure to not disappoint. What is amazing about this business is that they ship overnight anywhere in the U.S.A. This place was Oprah endorsed. They also sell cupcakes, cheesecakes, and pies.

My birthday cake was beautiful and delicious! I recommend the strawberry crunch cake and, of course, their delicious cupcakes! I ate them so fast that I forgot to take a photo 🤭🤫
