The milkshakes we had were good BUT.. we arrived around midnight closing time and the two guys inside started to bring in the outside seating furniture. Instead of cleaning the tables off properly- they straight up dumped all the trash into the sidewalk and left it there. Carvel cups everywhere. It was just sad to see. Do better for your community

I ordered a small birthday cake from Carvel and had a really good experience. I went in person, and everyone was super nice and helpful.They did the best they could with the writing on the cake, and it came out just fine. I know some other reviews mention bad experiences, but that wasn’t the case for me at all.Overall, everything went smoothly and I’d definitely come back.

Honestly the worst service. I ordered two flavors and tried to pick two toppings. The toppings weren’t labeled, so I just asked what they were. The staff looked at me and said, “you have asked for too much.” Like… seriously? I was just ordering normally. Super rude and made the whole experience awful.

If you thought ice cream was kid friendly….think again. We went in. 5 employees texting, cussing, talking smack. We were the only customers. The workers were not polite at all. 5 employees per almost zero customers, plus pathetic customer service and swearing in front of children….this place will be out of business before long. There are soooo many better choices in the area.

The most unprofessional and disrespectful customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went in person to order a cake, and the staff told me I could simply place the order for delivery through Uber Eats. The next day, we did exactly that and called the store to confirm the delivery would go smoothly. I was met with a shockingly rude man who insisted there wouldn’t be an issue—then abruptly hung up on me. Thinking the call had dropped, I called back, only for him to hang up again. After that, they stopped answering our calls altogether.When the Uber Eats driver arrived, the cake wasn’t in the bag. Instead, there was a handwritten note saying they couldn’t fulfill the order—despite previously assuring us there would be no problem.To make matters worse, when my dad called to ask about the mistake, they responded by calling my personal phone just to tell me he was being rude. They repeatedly hung up on us and eventually stopped answering our calls completely.We were insulted, yelled at over the phone, and treated with an unbelievable level of disrespect. In the end, we had to go back in person just to resolve the issue.This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this location at all costs.
