I needed a cake last minute. The place was empty. As soon as I walked in and looked at the cakes, the owner greeted us and asked me what we were looking for. He immediately said he had a cake in the back and that he could quickly get it ready for me. He got the cake ready in less than 5 minutes and told me that next time I can order a cake in advance to my liking. He was very friendly and I was satisfied overall.

Don’t order from this place on uber eats, They always advertise what they don’t have I ordered deluxe flying saucers and I was sent regular flying saucers with no sprinklers. You’ve done this more than once. Then I was sent chocolate flying saucers when I ordered vanilla…smh… Today Half of the ice cream is missing from some of the flying saucers, Looks like y’all ran out of ice cream while making them. This is the only location I have an issue with, get it together.

Ordered a Carvalanche via Doordash, they made it wrong. So I go to the location, I watch the person make my order without using the Carvalanche machine to mix it. She hands it to me, I ask her if she's going to mix it, she said that's how I was taught to make it. I point to the Carvalanche machine and tell her that she's supposed to mix it with that. She said she's been there 2 months and has never used the machine. There's 2 other ppl working, and neither of them know how to use the machine. I told them to call the owner, he said to tell me the machine is broken. I ask for my money back, they tell me to call Doordash. I will never go to this Carvel again. It's a shame, I don't think the store owner would do this in a different neighborhood.

I love Carvel... but this place is horrible... is it an ice cream shop... or a check cashing place? They didn't have bonnet... no hard shell chocolate.... there were no customers and crumbs were everywhere...have the other girl instead of watching TV... clean up some... do something productive! There was a funny taste to the vanilla ice cream... go find another location!

I don't understand the negative reviews on this place. I work across the street and frequent this Carvel very often. The staff is always kind and courteous, the place is clean, and the ice cream is always on par with the best of the other locations. It seems like some dumb people in the neighborhood just have it out for the owner. He's a small businessman with a great product. Stop hating.
