Had a good experience, staff wasn't ridiculously friendly, and that's ok - it really was a miserably hot day. They had lots of large ice cream cakes and supplies in stock as well as all the expected ice cream flavors and soft serve. I got a Oreo milkshake and it was perfection! There was hardly any wait for service and my order was completed quickly. Also, the place was clean.

I will never return to this Carvel location again. As someone visiting from out of town, I was excited to stop by a place I usually love—but this particular experience left a terrible impression.The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They openly mocked customers, made inappropriate jokes, and gave me something I didn’t even ask for—then taunted me about it afterward. I have never felt so uncomfortable in an establishment before.I’m proud of myself for keeping my composure during such a disappointing encounter, but this visit completely ruined the experience for me. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because no customer should be treated the way I was.

I bought an ice cream to go earlier this evening and I requested to have marshmallow toppings, when I got home and opened the paperbag. Saw and opened my ice cream cup, there was none. I am deeply upset.
