April 04 · Kandi RoseBeen coming here since I was a kid, the food quality and service has gone down. Business is ran by wife, husband and kids. They’re the ones who cook and do deliveries so often times orders are backed up. They have a kid who answers the phone and doesn’t know what she’s doing. The food quality used to be good but has changed dramatically. They also do not wear gloves, I witnessed them touching money, phones and scratching their heads and then going to touch egg rolls, fries, chicken wings and then going to make rice. It’s sad I have to write this about a restaurant I used to love.
June 11 · Ricky RThe perfect chicken broccoli! Everything melts In your mouth and not over salted.
March 02 · JenidelizThe lady at the front has a very nasty attitude. She doesn’t smile. She gets an attitude when you ask her to fry the chicken crispy because she gives you uncooked chicken wings. Bad bad bad attitude. Honestly, if it wasn’t for us, they would not be open so how about we stop supporting nasty behaved businesses. Since they feel no need to be pleasant to the customers, then they do not need our money. Fix your attitude or get out of the neighborhood. She is always looking miserable. Also, I viewed a worker in the back take his bare hands, no gloves to pick up the noodles from an undisclosed place to place in the bowl before cooking. He never washed off the noodles. They do not wear gloves or a mask. Anyone in their with a mask is always wearing the mask below their chin. As I ordered my food, I asked for the price and the lady at the front answered the phone, she then took another customer(mexican guy) order who walked in the store after me before telling me the price. After, I asked her a 3rd time to tell me the price and she proceeded to tell me “wait”. I feel like she doesn’t have respect for people of color because I watched several times how she interact with people of different race/cultures. She gives an unpleasant attitude to mostly people of color. I hope this review reaches the right person who will investigate this place. I will also contact 311 to make a report.
December 08 · CatalinaI think the food is good. I have only ordered ftom them twice and it was good. The only thing I will say not positive was that the hot and sour soup nearly burned my throat. I actually started coughing cause I couldn't catch my breath. WAY WAY TOO HOT. Please tone it down a bit.... quite a bit...thank you
