CHICK FIL A WHAT IS THIS BEHAVIOR???LARGE SIZE FRIES served as a small size portion. I did not pay for a small size. DISAPPOINTING!!!Customer service at the register and placing the order was good. Environment was good. Food prep takes a very long time plus the smaller quantity is just unacceptable.

The service at this location isn’t good. The food is below standards. Fries were cold and over cooked. I had an issue and asked the manager for assistance and he was no help whatsoever. Some of the staff at locations should work at a lesser fast food chain. They shouldn’t be employed at chic fill a. That being said I’ll travel down to the location by Barclays instead of this one.

It was a horrible experience. I went to this location because it's closer to home. I assumed convenience would trump. However, it wasn't a good idea. I only purchased a drink. Upon leaving, the exit has over 10 school children surrounding it. Annoyed that was the case, I continued to proceed toward the exit... only for a child to turn abruptly and send my drink flying in the air and on the floor.What made the situation worse was overhearing and observing the interaction between the male manager (with braces) and the young lady. After she presented my receipt and explained what occurred, he forcibly told her to say please (as other customers waited on line to place their orders). He refused to service her because he felt she needed to be "professional." After verbally advocating for the girl and myself, he continued to be dismissive and antagonizing. It's unfortunate that the staff has to look toward him as an example of professional conduct.

The customer service was beautiful. I was assisted by a gentleman who I believe was a manager. He was kind and his smile no worries we'll take care of it. I appreciated it. I felt like a person and not a number walking in the door.
