I used to love this place. It’s the second time they give me damage strawberries on all crepes I bought. We drove far to come here to spend money and was very disappointed. My crepes was very dry not enough chocolate inside. I feel like the quality and attention is diminishing at this location.

I went to Chocolate House for the first time and the menu is really great. It has variety for all kinds of sweet tooths (cheesecakes, smoothies, shakes, sundaes, waffles, etc.). I ordered the Pistachio Lover's Shake and it had a good balance of ingredients. It's not often I see options for people that like pistachios in their sweets so that was a 'sweet' deal for me. It also happened to be Customer Appreciation Day so there was a fantastic discount included. Staff was courteous, prompt, and kind, too. would recommend it and hope to return in the future!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Chocolate House Clifton.The service was incredibly poor. The staff were abrupt and dismissive, interrupting me while I was trying to place my order. When I requested a simple modification, I was rudely instructed to go back to the end of the line.The wait times were excessive, and I was ultimately unable to order everything I intended. I understand they may be busy, but as a customer, I need adequate time to review the menu and place my order. However, the employee was impatient and rushed me, then implied that I was taking too long.The restaurant's cleanliness was also a concern. Tables were left dirty, and when I requested assistance, I was told to clean them myself.Furthermore, basic amenities like extra spoons and clean bins were unavailable. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this Chocolate House and advise others to proceed with caution.

Such an amazing little shop and super cute and clean on the inside. Got the Ferraro Shake, Dubai chocolate strawberry cup, and kinder churro bites and it was all a 10/10. Will definitely be coming back even when they don’t have a 50% off promo

Visited here recently. Tried their Dubai kunafa crepe! Pretty nice but obviously tons of sugar 😃 would visit again to try other famous Dubai desserts! The place has got a great vibe!
