★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I wish I could like this place, since it's all vegan, but I just can't. The laminated pastries they sell are just awful. As far as I can tell, they don't bake on-site and seem to source them from the same place that Le Petit Monstre does (also awful). They are flavorless, dry, and the layers are always congealed. They are not soft and flaky like they should be, but rather thick, chewy and gross in texture. You can see this failed layering in the photos. This croissant also horrible lopsided. This time, I got a pistachio croissant and paid a whopping $8. There was barely any pistachio filling. It at least tasted ok, but had a bad texture. Where I had hoped for a pureed pistachio butter-like texture, I instead got chunky, sweet paste. The service was perfectly fine, and they do have a bathroom for customers.
September 14 · Luke KraussI’ve been a loyal customer for over five years, especially because their vegan and gluten-free cakes were some of the best I’ve ever had. The quality, care, and consistency kept me coming back. That’s why it’s incredibly disappointing to learn that the current owner, Earthly Eats LLC, is refusing to meet long-standing employees’ requests for fair wages and basic accommodations. These are the very people who helped build this bakery’s reputation and made it such a beloved part of the community. The recent changes to the website reflect a broader shift—less warmth, more generic branding. Sadly, it seems the business has lost sight of what made it special in the first place.I truly hope the owners reconsider their priorities and start supporting the people who made this place what it was. Until then, I can’t in good faith continue to support it.
July 23 · Christopher Garcia ValleAbsolute vegan heaven. I literally can’t believe that everything is vegan here. The range is expansive, there’s an entire case devoted to GF options and ‘day-olds’ sell for $1.50.The staff are calm and helpful, even when it’s busy!
August 09 · Celia FairleyLovely little vegan bakery. A bit small with limited seating inside but here was outdoor seating when we went a while back. We ordered cupcakes as tasting as we wanted to order a tiered cake for our event. It was pretty good though a bit on the denser side. We ended up ordering a 3 tiered vanilla cake and loved it!
June 08 · Ali KarimiI checked out this bakery because my friends back home recommended it. The vibes are really good, the staff is awesome, and the food was fantastic, but the owner or manager, that weird bald guy, was super rude and honestly ruins the whole vibe. He's also really rude to his staff too. Like, get outta here, but everything else was top notch.
