BUYER BEWAREI am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent experience at your establishment. I had previously purchased a large cheese pizza, which I found to be below average in taste. Despite this, given your convenient location, I decided to give your restaurant a second chance.My second visit was highly unsatisfactory due to the incredibly rude behavior of your staff. When I inquired about purchasing pizza by the slice, I was initially told "yes," but then informed that "specialty pizza" was not available by the slice, which was not clear. When I attempted to confirm the ingredients on a specialty pizza, a male employee with a hat (no gloves) who was handing food behind the counter interjected with an aggressive and rude response, stating, "EVERYTHING ON THE PIZZA IS WRITTEN ON THE MENU!" His attitude and demeanor were completely unacceptable.The combination of the poor food quality and the unprofessional customer service has led me to conclude that I will not be returning to your establishment. I believe your staff, particularly the male employee, is in need of significant customer service training

I’ve been a loyal customer of Cove Pizza for years. It used to be my go-to — dependable, familiar, and consistent. But after my recent experience, I won’t be going back. What happened wasn’t just disappointing — it was completely unacceptable.I placed an online order for pickup, like I’ve done many times before. When I arrived, I was told my order was gone — the delivery driver had mistakenly taken it. Instead of remaking the food or offering a real solution, the cashier told me to just go home and wait for the driver to bring it. I live three minutes away. I waited over two hours.When the food finally arrived, it was cold. My salad was missing dressing — including the extra I had paid for. I called the restaurant, expecting at least a basic apology. Instead, I was told that if I wanted the dressing, I’d need to come pick it up myself. No accountability, no care — just a “not our problem” attitude.So I returned with the cold food, calmly, expecting someone to make it right.Instead, a man came out from the kitchen and immediately started telling me to be quiet — no explanation, no apology, just aggression. Then, in front of my son, he raised his middle finger and started yelling. I was stunned. And then I realized — he smelled like alcohol. Strongly.How is that even possible? How is someone allowed to be drunk at work — in the kitchen, around food, interacting with customers?The whole situation was disturbing. I left feeling disrespected and shocked. Waited an hour and 10 minutes for them to deliver me an ice cold pie. I live 1.1 miles from them.$9.99 for 4 ice cold kids ravioli. You guys have the audacity to charge $2.50 for each ravioli?Been ordering from here since 2015. Never again.

Eh. Subpar. There were no specialty slices.... At all. Nothing made and available. Just regular pizza. Soda machine not working. Pizza took 10xs longer to come out than stated and then burned my husband's lip to point of blistering. Gave 3* because the pizza itself tasted good. Workers were nice.
