Asked for a chocolate blizzard with marshmallow cream (which i know is barely a blizzard but its how i like it, plus my teeth are super sensitive to cold) and the girl kept offering to do it a different way is cheaper, which i appreciate but im willing to pay because thats how i like it. And for some reason it's chock full of oreos. Like huge pieces. Tbh kind of feels like the oreos were out of spite. 🤷‍♀️

Their ice cream cakes are a huge favorite of mine—perfect for any celebration or just when I’m craving something sweet. The layers of cake and ice cream blend together so perfectly, and it’s always a hit with family and friends. Their sundaes are also fantastic—creamy, indulgent, and the perfect treat any time of day.The staff is always friendly, and I love how quick and easy it is to grab a delicious treat. If you’re a fan of sweet treats, I highly recommend Dairy Queen for both their cakes and sundaes!

Not so friendly service.Big sign of having a certain type of milkshake, but when I had ordered it, the young lady taking my order wasn't sure if they had it.She asked her coworker and the other young lady said no.But she said it with such a mean face and in a low, unfriendly, quick tone.I may be mistaken, but I swear she rolled her eyes.But again, I could be wrong on that part. It happened so quickly.Neither one apologized or seemed sorry for not having the shake.That customer service, for me, was bad.So I decided not to buy anything at all.

Ordered a brownie Oreo cupfection tonight... they forgot the ice cream. Cup of brownie and cookie with syrup I thought it was a joke... maybe the ice cream was all the way at the bottom.... Flipped it into a bowl ... solid cookie syrup brownie. Never had this issue in the past. Brooklyn is always sweet and gets it right. Not sure what tonight's staff was up to l was the only customer very sad. I was the only one in line when placing my order and they appeared fully staffed. So confused how you forget the ice cream at an ice cream shop.

If you're ok with not getting what you asked for, then this is the place for you. If we have have been to this DQ 20 times in the last decade, then the order has been wrong 18 times. Finally, I've had enough. My husband repeated my order twice yesterday (just a sundae with 2 toppings) and STILL they got one of the toppings wrong.It didn't used to be this bad but the employees obviously could not care less about their jobs nor the quality of the products.
