Deli & Grocery Introduce
In New York City, a deli on every corner is more than a cliché; it's a way of life. For residents of Kew Gardens, a neighborhood nestled in the heart of Queens, these corner stores provide essential convenience for daily needs. Deli & Grocery is one such establishment, offering a straightforward approach to local shopping. Located on a busy thoroughfare, it serves as a stop for those needing to grab a quick snack, a cold drink, or a few basic grocery items. This deli is a testament to the no-frills, get-what-you-need-and-go mentality that defines a true New York corner store.
The core purpose of Deli & Grocery is to provide easy access to a variety of everyday items. It operates as both a deli and a small grocery store, which means you can find a combination of pre-packaged goods and, as the name suggests, deli items. The establishment caters to people who are in a hurry and value a quick, simple transaction. While it may not be a full-service supermarket, it fills a vital role in the neighborhood by offering convenience for those moments when you need something fast and without fuss.
Deli & Grocery is situated at 125-10 Queens Blvd, Kew Gardens, NY 11415, USA. This prime location on Queens Boulevard places it in a high-traffic area, making it easily accessible for both pedestrians and those traveling by car. Queens Boulevard is a major artery in the borough, and its proximity to key intersections and residential areas makes this deli a practical stop for many.
For those who rely on public transportation, the deli's location is also advantageous. Kew Gardens is well-served by the New York City subway system, with the E, F, and LIRR trains all serving the area. The proximity to a major subway station means that commuters can pop in for a quick item on their way to or from work. This excellent accessibility is a key feature, as it allows the store to cater to a diverse clientele with varying schedules and needs.
Delivery: For the convenience of its customers, Deli & Grocery offers delivery service. This is a valuable option for residents in the area who need items but cannot make it to the store.
Takeout: As a neighborhood deli, takeout is a core service. Customers can quickly grab their items and go, which is ideal for a "quick visit."
Payment Options: The store accepts a variety of common payment methods, including credit cards and debit cards. This makes transactions easy and efficient for most customers.
A Selection of Goods: The store carries a variety of items typical of a local deli and grocery. This includes pre-packaged snacks, beverages like Snapple, coffee, and other items that can be purchased for a quick bite or for home use.
Convenient Location: The most significant highlight of Deli & Grocery is its convenient location. Being situated on Queens Boulevard makes it a highly accessible and practical stop for people on the go.
Quick Visit Capability: The store is well-suited for a "quick visit." Its small size and focus on grab-and-go items mean customers can get what they need without a long wait, which is a major plus in a busy city.
Broad Payment Acceptance: The acceptance of major credit and debit cards, as well as the potential for other modern payment types, provides convenience and flexibility for customers.
Neighborhood Staple: As a local deli, it serves as a familiar and consistent presence for residents, providing a place where they can get essentials without having to travel to a larger supermarket.
As a local business, the primary point of contact is the physical location itself.
Address: 125-10 Queens Blvd, Kew Gardens, NY 11415, USA
When considering Deli & Grocery, it's important to view it through the lens of a convenience store rather than a full-service restaurant. The store is best chosen for its core function: a quick and easy stop for everyday necessities. If you're on the way to the subway and need a cold drink, or you're walking home and want a snack, this is the kind of place that fulfills that need perfectly.
The main value proposition is speed and accessibility. Rather than a destination for a prepared hot meal, it’s a spot for simple, pre-packaged items that are ready to go. The availability of delivery and takeout services adds another layer of convenience for those who can't leave their home or office. It is the ideal choice for those moments when you need to grab something quickly without a fuss, making it a functional and practical part of the Kew Gardens neighborhood.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1No hot food. A Snapple $2, a prepackaged muffin $1.75. No prices listed anywhere. Cashier tried to double charge. Went only because my uncle needed something quick to eat.As I was paying, my uncle had also taken his wallet out to pay. Cashier took my money and then said, to my uncle, she didn’t pay me, and motioned to give him more money.Cashier was laughing at the customer ahead of me and saying that he’s (the customer) better off spending his money here because once he dies he can’t take it with him. That should have been my warning.
November 17 · Amber HThis place is terrible! We bought a coffee and bagel with cream cheese. The bagel had a tiny bit of butter no cream cheese at all. We asked for a refund and were sitting down having our coffee when the owner came and told us to leave. Terrible customer service to treat us that way because of their mistake. Then while we were outside waiting for our ride, one of the employees came out and said not to make a review because they had us on camera and could give us a problem. Wth???
