This used to be my favorite place to eat authentic Pakistani food with a friendly staff which make feel like a family.I came back after few years and there not same service anymore.It’s not all about the food, it’s the whole experience. When I picked up my food, two times I had to ask for very basic stuff such as chatni and salad which is standard add-on.Honestly speaking, customer experience has gone downhill a lot.I have seen a great improvement in customer dealing and food quality. It is safe to say that I will love to eat here. Couple from Lahore working there are very friendly and cooperative.

Very tasteful food and great quick service with a wide variety of items on menu available and every portion is more than enough for two people so that’s gracious serving size which makes you have left overs for next day too. Neat and clean restaurant and bathrooms too! Must visit place otherwise you are missing something big here ! Prices are reasonable too so not heavy on your pockets!

Food taste good. Price was reasonable until last year. Their posted price on the wall and actual price is not the same and higher than posted price. Didn’t appreciate the price increase. I would have give it a 5 star but I couldn’t given the one of the female staffs super rude behavior. Our friends go to the cafe as well and honestly we are tired of her rude demeanor.

I walked in and heard the OWNER of the place yelling , cursing and disrespecting his employees infront of everyone just because they forgot to punch holes in a foil paperOf samosa.This was disgusting and when I brought the issues to the lady owner from Karachi , both owners refused to make my order and told me to leave just because stood up for those poor hardworking,underpaid employees.The owners of this place are disgusting and have no worker or customer skills and they underpay their employees which is totally illegal.I am going to call labor department and report the issue.

Food is great. Owners themselves are very nice and well spoken people. Seating area is well decorated with artifacts from different regions of Pakistan which is really cool. Their other staff is hit or miss. If you visit when owners aren’t around then staff can get really rude. But in presence of owners the same staff become angels to their customers.

BE-AWARE OF OVER CHARGE GUYS!!!i ordered on phone as u can see 1 chicken bihari paratha +1 chicken kabab roll+ 2 aloo tikki +1 simple naan+1 medium kheer they asked me to pay 34 dollers and with credit card they charged me around $36 when i asked about reciept to complete $34 he charged 2 kabab rolls otherwise he cannot complete $34 when i went back to get my money back they gave me cash of $5 and said it was a mistake but it was not mistake he deliberately charged this amount but he was not expecting me to ask for receipt so plz beware of tgeir over charge guys always ask for reciept NEVER TRUST THEM
