Di Juice Introduce
In the health-conscious yet fast-moving landscape of New York, a local juice shop must offer more than just simple fruit blends to capture the attention of Queens residents. Di Juice, situated on Merrick Boulevard in Rosedale, NY, stands out by blending the modern wellness trend of fresh juices and smoothies with the rich, traditional flavors of Caribbean health tonics and cuisine. Operating as a dedicated Juice shop, it offers a diverse and comprehensive menu that caters to both the quick-fix health seeker and the patron craving hearty, traditional foods.
Di Juice has cultivated an atmosphere that is described as both "Casual" and "Trendy," providing a welcoming space for customers to either quickly grab their order or take a moment for a "Dine-in" experience. The core of the business revolves around high-powered liquid nutrition, categorized into fresh Juices, creamy Smoothies, and potent Punches. The juice selection features functional blends like the “Detox Juice,” “Energy Booster,” and “Green Supreme,” designed to meet specific wellness goals. Smoothie favorites like the “Mucho Mango Smoothie” and the nutrient-dense “Green Genius Smoothie” showcase the commitment to using fresh, whole ingredients, a feature highly praised by regular customers.
What truly sets Di Juice apart in the local New York health scene is its deep integration of Caribbean and Jamaican culinary traditions. This is evident in the unique “Punches” and “Stamina” sections of the menu. Punches like “Stallion Punch,” “Rude Bwoy Punch,” and the “Sea Moss Special” are more than just beverages; they are traditional, ingredient-heavy tonics rooted in island culture, often containing ingredients like oats, sea moss, okra, and various nuts and seeds for energy, fiber, and vitality. Similarly, the “Stamina” boosters such as “Sledgehammer,” “Mirakle Man,” and “Long Distance Stulla” are specialized blends with powerful ingredients like sea moss, maca, ginseng, and ashwagandha, targeting energy and overall wellness.
Beyond the impressive liquid offerings, Di Juice expands its appeal by offering a full warm menu, reflecting its Caribbean heritage. Customers can find traditional “Soups & Porridges,” “Breakfast” items like Callaloo with Pop Choi & Salt Fish, and an extensive array of Jamaican “Patties.” The patty selection alone is remarkable for its variety, featuring classic options like Mild Beef and Jerk Chicken alongside more unique, health-focused fillings such as Ackee, Jackfruit, and Chick Pea And Lentil Patty, ensuring there is a savory option for virtually every taste and dietary preference.
Customer feedback highlights the mixed experience common to busy, high-volume New York businesses. On the one hand, customers consistently rave about the quality and flavor of the prepared items, noting that the smoothies are “perfect every time” and the pumpkin and red peas soups are outstanding. The variety and freshness of the patties are also celebrated as a “10 out of 10.” This demonstrates a high standard of product quality and recipe execution. Conversely, there have been serious complaints regarding customer service and inventory management. One regular customer expressed frustration over missing ingredients in a basic smoothie and being asked to pay extra for a necessary substitute, which was perceived as poor customer care and a regular “inventory issue,” complicated by what they described as a rude interaction with the staff. This dual nature of the business—excellent products versus occasional service hiccups—is a key factor for New Yorkers to consider when visiting.
Di Juice clearly aims to be more than just a passing trend. By focusing on both modern healthy options like Acai Bowls and traditional wellness items like various Sea Moss gels and tonics, it positions itself as a comprehensive health-and-nutrition destination in Rosedale.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Respectfully, I tried to support this business as I'm a regular customer here. However, it's been a few times I came here and they were missing ingredients from their smoothie recipes. Instead of replacing the ingredients with another one , what do they do? Charge you extra for the substitute. Their excuse is the substitute cost more. Why is that the customers problem? I'm already paying full price for a drink that missing ingredients, mind you the drink contains only 3 ingredients and your charging nearly $10 like be for real. I wouldn't mind paying the extra but this seems like a regular occurrence that this place has and clearly there is some inventory issues. Hate to say it but never had this problem anywhere else (if you know what I mean). Then the lady at the counter rudely - cut me off and talked over me to another customer because I mention this. Typical behavior from your own people.
August 26 · Ms. WaltersTheir smoothies are perfect every time. My favorite is the Mucho Mango, but I recently had the Watermelon Melody and the Green Genius and they were both amazing. They also recently added a warm menu of soups, porridge, patties, and Jamaican breakfast. I tried the pumpkin soup and red peas soup and most of the patties are 10 out of 10
July 08 · Phillip HammondMy dad recently had oral surgery and had to eat soft food for a while. He wanted porridge, and I had no idea where to find any. I did a Google search, and Di Juice popped up. I read a few of the reviews and decided to try it out.It was Thursday, so we got the almond, oats & and quinoa. I had quinoa one time and I didn't like it. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how good the porridge was. I enjoyed it, and most importantly, dad enjoyed it. I went back and got the carrot, cashews & oats porridge and some red pea soup. I highly recommend this place.
July 21 · Ladi DiSmoothies is like juice. Too watery! Fish & beef patties are really good. Porridge is so good! But I don’t feel welcome when entering this place, ppl are off, mind you you’re spending money for poor service lol.
June 13 · N KPrice di porridge. I know the porridge size is not growning so why are the prices sponsored by greed 🤔
