I’ve noticed that Salma at the register often behaves unprofessionally with customers, speaking rudely and making inappropriate comments. Some of her remarks come across as discriminatory. I believe this should be addressed by management.

I wish they would leave our neighborhood. We deserve so much better. I don't think anyone here has a food certificate. They'll be changing the trash, come to the register to take your order, and try to prep with the same gloves, when they're not touching their face or nose. There is NO consistency in coffee/ food prep. You can taste the mediocre effort put into the food prep. Sometimes the coffee is weak, as if there's a coffee bean shortage across the world. Sometimes you ask for flavor and it tastes like they just put syrup and are afraid to tell you they're out of flavor. Sometimes they're rude. The fact that they can have a non English speaking person take orders speaks volumes. Your order doesn't matter. They may or may not get it right. You'd best guarantee though, they'll get the money you owe correct.It's usually quiet, and a nice place to sit, but what's the point if you can't purchase anything worthwhile?The sister that was there, who was good at it, left because they kept hiring family and friends, cutting her hours, and wouldn't promote her.

If there was a zero star review i would have definitely picked it, there food taste bad and bad service i asked for whimp cream on my latte and they forgot twice😭 please never ever come here in your life‼️⚠️PLEASE NEVER COME HERE

This is a favorite breakfast place I go to when I want to indulge in a warm toasted bagel twist. If you love bagels and you love cheese, then this is a must-have. When you order it, please ask them to have it toasted. You can have it with or without butter. Either way, you would enjoy it. Please keep in mind, that this is not something one should have every day, especially if you're concerned about your weight like I do. I also love the matcha latê. I usually have mine with 8 scoops of matcha and my base is always Oatmilk. No need to add sweeteners, the restaurant-grade matcha is already sweet. Let's talk about the wake-up wrap- if you want a high protein low carbs snack this is the way to go. I always ask for an extra egg.
