The two people who were working today were awesome. Huge line and they were engaged and polite the whole time. Thank you both!

My donut was borderline fresh and although I visited this location on several occasions they consistently failed to provide a really fresh donut.The store has a large glass store front with an integral counter creating a pleasant place to enjoy your coffee and donut.The wood trim appears excessively worn and the ceiling appears damaged in many areas but the remainder of the store appears fairly new.Finally, they don’t have restrooms.

I stopped by DD after my morning walk and decided to try their iced lemon tea with a raspberry flavor shot and an everything bagel with cream cheese. The tea was refreshing and had a nice fruity kick thanks to the raspberry flavor shot. However, I was disappointed with the cream cheese on my bagel. It tasted a bit off, as if it had been sitting out for too long or was past its prime.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees and had to remind them. Also got my order wrong. Never going back there. Nasty people and rude with attitude 😒

The guy up fronts shrude he don't listen to instructions for custom drinks and overloads every cup with ice to the top and way too much sugar were not buying slushes were buying iced tea and coffees and juice not snow cones! Dunkin isnt an ice cream shop, the guy at register actually says he cant give you less ice because the company will "lose money" by giving you mostly coffee or tea wth its a coffee shop so he justifies giving you 5 ounces of coffee or tea in 32oz drink thats why he loads it with ICE really??..Thats outrageous for him to even say such a thing dunkin always makes custom drinks and light ice is an option in the register smh is the manager training staff to cheat customers of a full cup of drink thats wrong this Dunkin here used to be good with customers pleqse get your team back to customer 1st this used to be a good place but not like this manager has to go back to making customers happy not cheat them with cups of ice.
