When placing the lid on a drink you can do it without placing your fingers directly on the part that I put my lips on, gross.It was honestly off-putting to see this, especially because it’s basic hygiene that should be common sense when serving customers. I really hope management addresses this because no one wants to worry about whether their drink is sanitary. I’d love to keep coming back, but I expect better cleanliness standards moving forward.

Terrible, had to have my drink remade a couple times and just left because i was sick of asking. It was filled with milk and sugar when I wanted oat milk latte NASTY! Never have an issue at any other dunkin

Coffee is okay. It’s awful inside the store. There is no seating. The A/C is set to 80 degrees and the garbage is overflowing. The straws are kept behind the counter for unexplainable reasons. It’s a poor experience overall.

Husband and I went to get coffee today. The workers were drenched in sweat. It had to be over 100 degrees in there and the AC was apparently broken. I mean drenched in sweat. How can you make people work in these conditions. Absolutely horrendous!
