a very nice person serves. and his coffee is delicious. but inside it was not cleaned. maybe because he was alone and there was no time to clean up

The service at this Dunkin’ severely brings the rating down. Employees are incredibly rude and make you feel like you did something wrong just by coming to their Dunkin’. This negative environment permeates the establishment so intensely that I would recommend going to a different Dunkin’ altogether. The quality of the food is decently prepared for a Dunkin,’ but nonetheless would avoid due to the employees.

Worst service ever. I had to ask someone to help after standing in live for about 5-7 minutes. The lady got upset with me, rolled her eyes and said "give me a minute." After about three more minutes a lined formed behind me, a man then came to the register, not to assist any if us, but to sign somebody's birthday card. I finally said, "this is crazy." Then the a woman yelled "oh my God, let me help them." How are the patrons an inconvenience?

I absolutely love this location. The staff is extremely nice especially Rene and the manager Habib. It is on my way to work and every morning when I order, they have my order down pact right to the straw and bag that I want. Any issues are dealt with immediately and in a professional manner. Wish every location can be like this, the staff is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!

Went to the Dunkin Donuts by Union Square. FREAKING bagel was $2.00. I told her toasted butter bagel. I got a bagel so Dry, the Sahara 🏜 Desert had a flood. NO FREAKING BUTTER!!When I realized the bagel had no butter, I was at the train Station. I was sooooo hungry (no breakfast), I ate it dry but saved this portion - look at this bagel. Where's the BUTTER???Wish I could go BACK there. I'm so FREAKING pissed!! Why My receipt says SPREAD, I DON'T KNOW. Franchises like that make it bad for everybody.You're Horrible.
