I ordered two drinks. A latte and americano both had no ice and were watered down. my latte had no espresso and was complete milk. workers seemed to be laughing and taking it as a joke. I would appreciate a full refund as this is not acceptable.

Worst experience ever i love Dunkin every morning pretty much spend 30 to 50 $ and whenever comes to this location they always messed up my specially espresso drink order and never fixed and always said this coffee made always that way! Listen i am not getting coffee first time everyday i have same coffee i know how it’s look like but this location staff thinks no they are correct and on the top of that they don’t listen rolled eyes on customers never again i will go there was my 3rd and last time.

The place is fine but the cashier who served me was disrespectful, making fun of me even though I had already placed my order, which he didn't hear because he wasn't paying attention to me because he was talking to someone else. When I was repeating my order, he started laughing and making comments to the rest of the staff.

How unfortunate it is that I have to write this review. I actually prefer this location over the others in my area but I will never eat here again. If anyone has eaten from here on May 28th 2024 and ends up sick more than likely it was from something you ate here. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and upon eating I noticed how the food tasted off, after a couple of bites I open my sand-which to see mold in my egg. So thank you dunkin for my potential bout of food poisoning.

I asked for a drink with almond milk. They handed me one with cream and when I politely stated that I can't have cream, the person at the counter said "we heard you say cream." I told them that I said " could you make it with almond milk instead of cream" then I asked if I could make an exchange for a new drink or get my money back. They took my drink away then handed me what I assumed was a new one. I drove off but I did not check the drink. It was the same one as before. They just mixed it better. It was my fault for not checking but if they're willing to do that, be careful. I have a dairy allergy. So, that's why I make a big deal about it. I didn't drink it so no harm, no foul. I just lost some money. It's not worth me going back to exchange my money but it's the principle that I trusted them to fix the drink. They just handed me back my old one.Also when I went to call to ask why this happened the number was not active the number on Google Will still show up on your phone as Dunkin but it will not go through
