i went in with my friends and we all got a scoop of ice cream all my friend got a big portion of ice cream but he gave me a tinny scoopso disappointed paying the same amount but getting less ice cream???? I also ask for a sample for a flavor but they said they don’t have any sample after covid. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE THEY RUNNING????? NO SAMPLE???? then how am i suppose to know if i like this favor or not hello????????? Other Baskin Robbin have SAMPLE and GAVE BIGGER SCOOP. i was looking forward to eat this flavor of the month: strawberry tres leches but got so disappointed because he barely gave me any ice cream HORRIBLE SERVICE

Service is great. Food is great. Drinks are great. I recently ordered a dozen donuts and I got some ugly monstrosities. I provided pictures. Two of my jelly donuts were stabbed multiple times. One of my boston creme donuts has warts. Another has a scar from when it was pierced by an arrow. My chocolate sprinkled donuts are (from top to bottom) in ascending order of the amount of sprinkles on it. Finally, two of my strawberry glazed donuts are of different color hue. Probably one of the donuts was made from a sickly strawberry and the other was made from a strawberry at the prime of its life. The latter is also shaped like Yao Ming compared to the other donuts. I deducted a star because not all my donuts were Yao Ming.

Bad customer service, the guy who works there is very rude and nasty attitude. He started screaming at me because I told him they need to pay attention when customers do the others, because they don’t follow what we order. Definitely I’m not going back there it’s terrible and it’s not the first time.

I went inside, with a bright smile with my daughters and sister. Asked for my order and 2 refreshers… I clearly said STRAWBERRY! And the guy who works there gave me MANGOS!!!! I said I’m allergic to mangos!!! He said under his breath “I DONT CARE” I said what it is a different price for the strawberry? He said no “ I already made it “ YET MY MOM WENT INSIDE AND ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND HE SNATCH THE DRINKS OFF MY MOM HANDS…. Do not go there at all !!!!! STAY AWAYYYYYY
