The only person in this store that deserves all 5 stars, at all times is Andres. Andres is very friendly, professional, and helpful. All the other workers attitude and customer service is terrible. If it weren't for Andres, this location would get 0 stars.

They move super slowly here. The presence of customers or mobile orders doesn't interrupt personal conversations between staff or whatever is going on in the back. And as the prices of their drinks go up, the accuracy of their preparation goes down. Skip this location and walk down the hill to Broadway or over to 155.

Okay I’ve got to give this negative review because these things keep happening. It Makes no sense that during the morning rush hour when people are in a hurry for work, there’s only one person attending to customers here. She would take the order and go get the food ready before attending to the next person. Meanwhile there’s a long line of people waiting. And of course the customer service is horrible. Sometimes you are standing there and the person is pressing her phone for a full 45 seconds before raising her head to attend to you.
