Just got iced coffee can't complain at all great service and kind

The service and employees are wonderful, however it's the coffee that I dislike.For whatever reason no matter how many times I try to get coffee, it is always and I mean *always* burnt.They need to either set the coffee burners to a lower temperature or swap out the coffee more frequently. I work in fast food so I understand it's not always going to be up to par because it gets busy, but that's no excuse to always be getting coffee so disgustingly burnt that I can't taste any sugar or milk.

Gas station Dunkin on Hylan. Def less busy then the one on Arthur Kill. No drive thru. The staff is always nice and friendly. App order or in store order, service is quick. No bathroom for patrons - hence the 4 stars.
