Just a warning, if you order on Uber Eats they might give you random items instead of what you asked for. I appreciate them giving me munchkins though, and the donuts they did give tasted good and fresh. They should cancel the order if they don’t have the items I ordered.

The lady taking the order couldn’t understand what I was ordering even if we repeated a couple of times. I had a feeling that the order was going to be wrong. We got the order and I see that the price was more than what I expected. I see the receipt and they charge me for a drink I didn’t order and more expensive. I tried to speak to the employee and with an attitude told me that “ that is what you order ”. She then went to grab another employee probably the manager and disappeared. If it was the manager, sincerely I do not know how that Dunkin Donuts is still open because that manager had the most rudest attitude I have ever seen in a manager. He repeated the same thing as the other employee told us and didn’t gave us a solution or answer. He suddenly disappeared. I kept waiting for his solution because I thought he went to the back to give me a refund or the right drink. He came back confused and with a drink. I took the drink thinking it was the right one. (It was not). But seeing his face he thought we left and that we were other customers. He started fighting and saying stuff to me, I tried to tell him to give me a refund bc he charged me for a different thing and he waived his hand to make us leave and didn’t want to speak to me and only told me he had more customers behind.I honestly left bc got really stressed and disappointed.They all need to learn to have more communication, better attitude, customer service and learn to solve peoples needs. Starting with the managers. Also, have a manager the to know fluent English because he couldn’t understand or even speak well.Dunkin Donuts, please learn to hire people who have professionalism, communication, knowledge and show them to serve with good attitude.

Very unprofessional, I asked for a medium hot latte with cream the lady at the register refused to make my order, This not the first time I got a latte with cream , I’m very disappointed with this location . I wouldn’t recommend this location, the latte you see in the picture is from the location few streets up . -2/10

Terrible Custumer service in here, I spent nearly $20 in breakfast this morning and this girl says to me that bathroom isn’t for customers then I ask her.. I have to p e e and that’s all I need to do I nearly begged her and she says it’s not for customers then I told her I understand it’s not for public traffic but I purchased here I consumed your product and I can’t use the bathroom?She says she doesn’t care.This is terrible, I hope the owner sees this and does something about it..This can’t be happening!

I recently visited Dunkin’ Donuts and was incredibly impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the employee at the counter greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, making me feel welcome right away.They were patient and attentive as I took my time to decide on my order. Despite the morning rush, they never seemed flustered and handled each customer with the same level of care and efficiency. When I had a question about one of the menu items, they provided a clear and thorough explanation, showcasing their knowledge and willingness to assist.The speed of service was commendable. My order was prepared quickly and accurately, with everything just as I requested. The coffee was perfectly brewed, and the donuts were fresh and delicious.What stood out the most was the employee’s positive attitude and professionalism.
