This is the third time I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts and their food is not fresh and it’s really early in the morning. It’s before 10 o’clock so the food should be much fresher than what they give you. That’s why I rate their food a one..

If I could give 0 stars I would. We got 2 French crullers and a cold brew. The French crullers tasted like they were days old. So stale and hard.The cold brew tasted like bean water. I could barely taste the coffee.

This location gets 0 stars every single time we go there and now finally I’m giving a review after giving them so many attempts. We go there everyday because they’re closest to our house. If I order a donut, it’s always stale. I’ll usually order maple sugar bacon sandwich and hash browns - every single time it’s over cooked and hard and the croissant taste old. The coffee is never consistent. We usually order an extra shot of espresso and they definitely do not put it in. We just moved here from east Setauket and would always order the same thing there, when they made it, it was perfect so it’s really annoying getting such terrible food here. Starbucks is right down the road, you’re better off spending your money there instead of wasting it at this dunkin location.

The Bengali girl wearing Hijab was so rude and unprofessional! Being busy doesnt give you permission to roll your eyes at customers or yell at your co-workers. She needs to take some lessons on professionalism if she wants to work in the food industry.

Visited this location right before our trip to the city and what an ideal location this donut place is located at. Perfect I must say. Close to pubic transportation (Nice Bus stops) and highway it’s a win win. The service was also excellent, the barista made an extra effort to make my coffee right. We ordered pumpkin spice latte made with coconut milk and extra pumps minus foam on top.
