They do a great job with specialty coffees. Although I wish they would mix the sugar in a little better instead of just using the cup actually use a stirrer. Other than that it's okay

Hands down the best Dunkin I have ever been to. They never get your order wrong and are lightning fast with their time to make orders.

I need to address some issues I encountered during my visit. First, I found the staff's behavior unprofessional; they were speaking in their language and laughing, which made me uncomfortable. Second, my order was incorrect. I paid $16 for three drinks but only received two. When I brought it to their attention, I was given an unhelpful explanation about 'extra caramel' being an $8 charge, which doesn't make sense and didn't resolve the missing item. I urge you to consider hiring staff who can better understand and communicate with English-speaking customers, as the current situation leads to frustration and incorrect orders."
