A very small, unfortunate location inside a Key Food supermarket. When you enter the supermarket, you pass the Dunkin on your immediate right before you even notice its existence. I ordered on the app, converting points. Approached the parking lot window, under a canopy. The employee looked at me suspiciously when I said I ordered in the app. He said, “Water?” I said no, I ordered on the app. He asked my name. Then looked at me suspiciously when I said, “Phil.” I guess I don’t look like a Phil. The only order sitting there was my coffee. He inspected the name on it carefully, looked at me one more time, then finally handed it over.

Gave it a well-deserved five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I've been getting coffee here for a year now in the mornings when I leave early for a photo hunt. I take donuts for children on holidays. No one has ever insulted me, the men are always polite, always clean inside. and they always have a line, that means a lot.💪🏻

All three men's hands were filthy, and my server must have pushed 3 or 4 orders up and over my head out to other customers while I'm waiting in the cold. He was very cranky as well.At least I have memories when businesses were happy to serve and clean too, especially when they're charging so much.

Ordered several frozen coffees for me and my team and all of them tasted sour, all our tastes buds can’t be wrong at the same time. The milk tasted as if it had gone bad. Negative three stars

It's a takeout place, but it's your typical Dunkin donuts, they have all the usuals. They are attached to Key Food Supermarket and inside a strip mall so there is always plenty of parking. The lines are usually 3-5 people deep but they work pretty quick. The wait times are not too bad. I would recommend this as your morning stop if you're into Dunkin or you can grab something on your way out after shopping.
