I love this Dunkin!! The team are so pleasant and energetic, they are quick with the drinks and everything looks fresh. This store is really busy because of its location and all the commuters but they do try their absolute best! Keep up the good work

I ordered a Strawberry Dragon Fruit Refresher, and while the drink itself was very tasty, the service was terrible. The man at the counter was extremely rude and seemed stressed, even though we were the only customers there. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. I will definitely never come back, and I would not recommend anyone to visit this location because of how rude the staff are.

This is an interestingly surprising location. The Starbucks one block away is tiny with seating for maybe 3 or 4 people. So when I went to this location from that previous experience and that it looks small from outside I was pleasantly surprised when I entered. It has both the DD and BR....but it also has a HUGE seating area in the back room. The staff is pretty good and they work quickly. The place is clean and organized. A nice bonus is that it also has a restroom in the back. Ever since I discovered this location I haven't gone back to the Starbucks a block away. I highly recommend this location.

This place and it's employees are a joke. Every person there gets orders wrong all the time and if they do get it right guaranteed your sandwich will be ice cold. Ordered a simple order of loaded hash browns and got Siracha on top when the advertisement clearly says cheese. One employee in particular, a lady in a black hajib messed this order 4 times and gave attitude the whole time. I told her I didn't want Siracha and she proceeded to put cheese on top of the same one. She was constantly asked to make a new one and chose to keep giving back the same one. Her supervisor told her to remake it and then she didn't not put any cheese on top at all. This particular dunkin donuts is always problematic and all of the employees are incompetent. My mistake for taking a long hiatus and thinking things would he better with time. Honestly I'm suprised everyone there has not gotten fired. I will never buy from here again.

I went to Dunkin’ Donuts for the very first time and, sadly, had a terrible experience. I only wanted to buy one doughnut, but the staff member at the counter insisted I take three for the price of one. Trusting what he said, I agreed — but instead of a fair deal, I was overcharged.The bill came to just over $2, and I paid with a $10 note. Instead of getting the correct change of around $7+, I was only handed back a little over $1. To make matters worse, the same staff member kept referring to me with the phrase “Are you Bangla Bhai?”, which felt very unprofessional and inappropriate.What should have been a simple, pleasant first visit turned into a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. I hope management takes this seriously so that no other customer has to feel misled or disrespected.
