We had an emergency stop on the way from NYC of a woman to use restroom and they didn’t let us use the restroom saying that it’s for employees only and the lady said that their boss ordered them not to let anyone use the restroom but they did not had the sign of employees only

I have been working in the area the past couple of weeks and ordering hot chocolate since I'm able to drink coffee.The staff lady and gentlemen that took my order are wonderful. My last time there, I spilled my drink in my car and they replaced it without questions asked, I was even given a cup of water and plenty of towels to clean up the mess.Who says New Yorkers aren't friendly??

I give this place a 2 star because I never entered this place but I do go around this area to shop at the supermarket

Ok I normally come to this store to get my normals. But today I walked in and asked for a straw, this was around 1:50-1:55 and there was an older employee, very rude with a disgusting attitude. First when I asked for the straw she said “You have to wait” with an attitude, then when I asked for the straw again after another customer she threw it at me. But clearly she was miserable, hates her job and didn’t want to be there. Understood but don’t give attitude to customers who are paying the store. Her attitude was absolutely horrible. I will be contacting corporate.
