even though this location isn’t the closest to me, I still end up right back at this dunkin. I make the drive because of how pleasant the employees are to be around, they’re clean atmosphere, the delicious food and drinks, and how everyone prioritizes their customers. I’ve been here multiple times and the service just gets better every time. my food come out fast and the workers always wish me a good day. this is the best Dunkin’ Donuts in Bergen County, if you wanna feel prioritized and have delicious food, come here!!!

Guys please do training for employees how to do wake-up wrap.So all neighbors come there and why you don't respect us and do your job without love, care?Just people if you don't like your job, simply quit. It's not necessary to feed us with such mood and energy.

I ordered a cold coffee with out ice and they charged me 1.00 extra for no ice! I called the owner and he said ,”too bad that’s his policy”!I am never returning to this DD because of poor service and very bad attitude!
