came for a bagel and specifically asked for strawberry cream cheese, when i get the food she put regular cream cheese. when i asked about it she yelled in front of all the customers “you did not say strawberry cream cheese” and they gave me an attitude when i asked for another one. this is absolutely outrageous its not the first time it has happened and they always think they are right. they work so slow during rush hour and have no sense of urgency. do not recommend coming here

The quality here just doesn’t reflect the Dunkin that I love. Im writing this message to save a life from disappointment. I ordered 2 wraps and they gave me the wrong kind and the coffee was just watered down with milk.

I usually choose Dunkin’ because of the familiarity. I travel a lot and no matter where I go, Dunkin coffee is usually consistent. But the 169th Street location is the one exception. The black coffee here tastes like plain hot water, and the regular coffee is basically warm milk with a hint of coffee flavor. It’s been like this every time I visit this location. I’ve mentioned it to the staff before, and they seem to know, but nothing ever changes. It’s frustrating because I genuinely like Dunkin coffee but this location clearly doesn’t care about quality of their food. I’ll be reaching out to Dunkin corporate. This needs to be fixed from the top, because at the store level, it’s just being ignored. If possible try a different dunkin location.

I’m regular customer of Dunkin, as a business man I always visit deferent states and cities. Most of the time I stop by Dunkin, I brought Dunkin food and beverages that’s why I have rewards. So I live in Jamaica hillside and this Dunkin is in front of my house. That’s why every morning I go this Dunkin. 08/09/21 Monday around 11am to 11:15am I went to this Dunkin and I ordered coffee and manager Kuhu came he told me I can’t use my reward if I don’t buy donuts or sandwiches. He and cashier Panna argued with me and very misbehaved. It was not respected as a regular customer of Dunkin. They should have trained how to talk to customer. They’re very rudely talked to me and they didn’t gave me coffee.

There is this guy cashier he was making fun of some Arabic customers mocking how they spoke and there was a girl who came in to buy a drink the cashier basically told her she has to pay for less ice in her drink. This location the workers are very unprofessional and ignorant. If I can give no stars I would.
