Don’t know who this girl is that is constantly giving my mother a hard time getting my order right I unfortunately have to constantly enter work early if not I would have gotten my order my self . Please if a customer tells you for what ever reason they will like to exchange their order for example let’s say making someone’s coffee and then smelling it definitely wouldn’t want someone elses nose all up in my coffee . There’s no reason to be rude to your elders because your job is to give excellent service to your customers all I ask is for the pettiness to stop towards anyone if they have tried to correct you before . But the next time this happens I will be the one to get my orders and not my mother . It is just simply disgustingly rude . This is the only dunkin near my work place please do better

Large place plenty of seating could have been a bit more cleaner.I ordered a medium cappuccino with skim milk and 2 Stevie did not get that. Got 2 sugars and 3 cream. There was 5 employees and nobody in front of me. How do you mess up a simple order. I always chose Dunkin before Starbucks but have to tell you it's a roll of the dice now of what you get at Dunkin and at almost 5 dollars for a cup they should do better.

Did not get what I ordered at all the food was inevitable the eggs were rubber the home fries were mushy and they do not know how to follow directions I ordered bacon avocado and tomatoes toast with an egg I got a rubbery egg one piece of bacon and 1 slice of cheese slap together between 2 uncooked raw pieces of sourdough bread which was supposed to be toast I asked for 2 side orders of avocado spread they gave me avocado toast which is not what I wanted I wanted I wanted avocado spread in container disgusted never order again 60 dollars and foo was inedible I guess they don't know how to read and follow with directions and probably need a new manager to let food go out like that is absolutely disgusting never ever ever ever ordering from Dunkin' Donuts again I've been trying to call the store but their phone has been busy for 3 days

They let a homeless guy sit out front saying crazy things to everyone that goes in and out of the store

The short male cashier, I don’t know if he is the manager because he has a very bad attitude. He comes to work with a face and attitude that looks like he hates the whole world, as if everyone is his enemy or owns him 5 million dollars.
