The people here are quite friendly and nice, but that’s me where it ends. The past two times I’ve been here this one girl has made my drinks quite awful, watered down. Today I decided to get a non coffee drink thinking it will be better, but it’s not any better. Still watered down. Not sure if she needs better training but I won’t be getting my drinks here any longer.Got home and realized I got the wrong donut too. GREAT

I’m a big fan of Dunkin, and the location on Kingsland Street in Nutley is one of my favorites. The building has real charm—with its rugged stone exterior and a bright, clean interior that strikes a perfect balance between modern and classic. Something about the warm atmosphere and friendly staff even seems to make the food taste better. Inside, there’s a comfortable mix of tables and cushy chairs, and when the weather’s nice, you can also enjoy the outdoor seating. Highly recommend!

Ordered a chai tea latte with vanilla swirl all of the ingredients were at the bottom I tried shaking it so much I still couldn't even drink it way to much Chai syrup it was bitter esp for a small size please do better

This Dunkin Donuts, located the corner of Kingsland Street and Franklin Avenue, two major cross streets in Nutley, is a fairly new store, just opened only a couple of years ago, is in a most convenient location, near Route 3 and 21, where drivers can hop on quickly. The food is your basic Dunkin fare, and the service is good. They sometimes can get low on stock later in the day, but otherwise, this is one nice place, especially if you want to eat outside in good weather.

I experience good customer service at the eatery; the employees are kind and helpful. I order Avocado Toast with Roasted Tomatoes (which I like overall). The Roasted Tomatoes offer a distinct flavor which makes the meal (more like a snack) tasty, to me (more so than the toast and avocado alone). The establishment takes more than one form of payment.
