It’s not expected but I really appreciate it and it makes my day.This location doubled as a Baskin Robins so if you need an ice cream fix you can get the best of both worlds here.

The staff greeted me nicely so no complaints there but I do want to make a suggestion. The workers should all have hair nets on at all times. I went home and found not one but two straight hairs in my food and no, my hair isn’t straight! Gross!

In agreement To the most recent comment on here someone else found hair in their food. I just went to Dunkin tonight and got a drink. There was hair under the lid and in the cup. The staff tried to blame me and say it was my hair and it wasn’t because number one how could my hair get inside the cup? Also, my hair was tied up and I have brown hair, not black straight hair. The man who served me was very rude I tried to change my drink order, not a completely different order just a different flavor of juice and he was very rude about that. Then when I got my new drink, it was spiked with sugar after that I had to leave the store, he kept giving me dirty looks. I felt very uncomfortable. It’s like you can’t make a small complaint and you just have to take what you get even if it’s disgusting. I’m never going here again. I’d rather go to Starbucks or just save money and make a drink at home and look it up on YouTube . Also, yes, they do need to wear hair nets. I don’t see the guys wearing hair nets Which is a violation code. So fix this.

Customer service non existent, loaded hash browns cup was only half way full. Ridiculous! Said thank you as I received my order, lady did not return my sentiment and said nothing back.

My daily spot for my coffee and muffins. It helps that it's close to my work. The workers are friendly, and my coffee is always made just right. I can't complain about this location.
