I don’t come to this location often because they never seem to make my drink correctly, no matter how simple the order is. I always order a shot of espresso with caramel and cream, yet they consistently hand me a full cup of espresso—which is way too much. Honestly, do they want to give me a heart attack?When I try to politely bring it up, I usually say something like, “Excuse me, I was just wondering, is this one shot of espresso?” They always insist it is, but I know it isn’t. When I ask if they could remake it with less, they usually act annoyed but will fix it.Today, however, the woman who seemed to be the manager or owner was extremely rude. I explained again, very nicely, that it seemed like too much espresso and asked if she could remake it. Instead of doing so, she DUMPED half of the drink out and handed it back to me. That completely misses the point—it still tasted bitter and off. I asked again about the caramel and the cream, because the ratio would be off. She rudely added another caramel and another cream.I walked away shocked at how I was treated. I could have gotten upset and demanded it be fixed since I’m paying for it, but instead I left quietly. The cashier even looked concerned, probably because she knew how rude it came across.To make things worse, this location also charges $4 just for a cup of ice—which is outrageous. I’ll never be coming here again, even in a pinch. Do better.

I absolutely love this place and enjoy getting my coffees here in the morning. The staff and management are always so friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for coffee or anything else they have to offer. They are quick, and very efficient.They start my day off with a smile 😊 !

I’ve been coming to this location for as long as I can remember and the staff has always been so kind and accommodating. In this past few months i’ve noticed other customers come in and be so rude and disrespectful but they don’t let that bother them or affect how they treat the next person. Gotta love a place that makes your coffee just right no matter what time you walk in and that with a smile on their face. Gaurmeet is always such a pleasure and especially so today!

Paid for 2 donuts, but wanted 1 special one so the woman wanted to charge us $2.39 when its $0.40 more. Will not be coming back to this establishment.

Great fast service, nice people, I would not start my day at any other place my favorite place and some of my favorite essential employees. I really appreciated them even more at the start of the pandemic when they opened for a few hours. Thanks again for all you do , you are #1 in my book.
