Says open at 5am. It's now 5:34am & doors still locked.I knocked on the door to get a guys attention. He ignores me. Nothing wrong with telling customers they're alil delayed in opening up. But to just ignore & continue stocking donuts...Maybe workers open the door to stock at 5am but door open 6am for customers

Place sucks. Puts your doughnuts upside so they melt. Rude and unprofessional when i told them three times put whipped cream and they didnt and i told them i asked and they said no i didnt and THEN said "the customer is always right". Very condescending. Man who works there said that and also wears a hairnet as a hat and not even covering his whole hair. No refreshers so i got a lemonade with normal amount of sugar and tasted like straight up lemon juice. No sugar. No water. Straight up lemon juice. absolutely disgusting. Hate this place and should either shut down or hire new people. Dont trust the good reviews because they only went once and on a good day but every day is an absolute bad day.

Dont go to this Dunkin’ Donuts whatever you placed a order in they wont have it the service here is terrible in the morning and the afternoon not many workers don’t go to this Dunkin I prefer a different Dunkin their service might be better then here at this one

If this is the one by Rkwy. Pkwy, they appear 2 have changed hands n they r not 2 hands on yet. I guess it will take time but, I miss the last owner's mixings, they knew how 2 make the iced, flavored coffees.
