This location had issues in the beginning with visible cleanliness. Then it seemed about 6-8 months ago they brought in a new manager. Things were spotless, fast and enjoyable. As of lately, this location has gotten filthy again. Preparation over tons of previous crumbs and pieces of other sandwiches is just downright gross. Fix this location. I never have this issue with NJ locations. I will not return after waiting 40minutes for two sandwiches at 6pm on a Tuesday.

First time I went here I was unfamiliar of the place. The inside looked pretty clean and the atmosphere felt welcoming. I've heard about Jersey Mike's on TV but I never been inside the place. Somebody recommended it to me, so I decided to try it out. Their prices were little steep for sandwiches 🥪. So I decided to choose regular size. Some chips, a drink and a cookie. Also a tip. The whole thing cost like $19. I went to a park to sit down and try it out and the sandwich was a little soggy and fallen apart.😔 I didn't like it at first because the sandwich size was like half a sub. There was only one woman who is making the sandwich for me when I ordered. It's not her fault but she was doing her job. If you want to come here be my guest but I recommend stores and restaurants for a long sub sandwich rather than this. 👍 They didn't taste bad.👍 I just didn't like how it was made.🙁

It’s clear that three people are working, and one of them has clearly just started—I can definitely be understanding about that. However, after waiting 20 minutes for my order, one of the team members went on break. Then the more experienced staff member said, “Our colleague went to get more lettuce, we’re out at the moment we’ll have to keep you waiting a bit longer, we apologize.”Thank you for the apology.

The food is ok but the service is not worth the trip going there because the staff aren't too good to there customers and they're under staffed during peak hours,and when I was saying when they treat staff bad specifically one staff member actually,I was there for sixty seconds trying to choose what to order while nobody was behind me and was behind two people ordering and a short girl that's really scrawny with dreadlocks or braids says to me rudely "will you be ordering today sir 😒"I didn't even say anything rude to her, after that I ordered.she made it seem like she's in a hurry to leave 😂. Anyway it's too expensive to order a sandwich from this place and the service isn't good so it's not really worth it to come honestly to this location.

I walked into Jersey Mike’s on Hylan today—cold, soaked, starving, borderline feral. I ordered a giant #13, extra meat, Mike’s Way, with bacon. This wasn’t just a sandwich. It was a life raft. A beacon. A greasy miracle.But as I took that first glorious bite, I slipped on the rainwater I tracked in, fell hard, and started choking on the sandwich that was supposed to save me.Enter Jannah—employee, hero, possibly angel. She sprinted from behind the counter like an action movie star, performed the Heimlich like a seasoned pro, and saved me from a deli-meat demise.As I caught my breath, I looked up at her—rain glistening off the windows, sandwich still in my hand, dignity in tatters—and whispered, “Thank you… a sub above.”Never underestimate the power of a #13 or the grace of a Jersey Mike’s hero.
