Something has got to be done about the very aggressive panhandling that is happening in this store from individuals who are clearly unstable and dangerous. You can't even get to the register without being aggressively repeatedly asked for coffee and/or money. Then when you agree to help with food or beverage, it becomes harassment for money. Panhandlers come up behind you while you're ordering and/or paying and staff do nothing to stop it or even warn you they are behind you or near you. The panhandlers are clearly often inebriated and/or mentally unstable and are very rude and often scream at people. Additionally, the donuts are hard quite often, coffee tastes burned, and they just raised the prices. There are unsanitary conditions. The garbage is usually always full past the brim and even spills over onto the countertops where the napkins and condiments are located. The tables and floors are always dirty and the staff have limited knowledge of orders and often get orders incorrect. If this were Manhattan, this would not be acceptable. Management has to do a whole lot better because just because we are in the Bronx, does not mean we do not deserve sanitary conditions, quality service, as well as a safe environment. There has to be a change or it will just keep getting progressively worse.

Stopped by with my 5-year-old grandson,made purchase, and my grandson needed to use the restroom,I asked the cashier if he could use the restroom, and he looked down af him and said"Um, no!" Terrible service the place is not very clean it seems garbage sits on the tables for a while.Never again will I spend a dime or even enter that dump

Not a fan of this franchise, because, every shoppe is starkly different. The service + quality of the coffee drinks + meals are challenging to say the least. It all DEPENDS on location and who's in the rear preparing your order. It all depends . 🫤

One of the very few friendly cashiers that offers a valuable experience. She was good and polite. Please DD train appropriately, like this lady, all the employees working under your chain.
