The barista was extremely friendly she made jokes with me and cared about the way my drink was made. Her name is Candy which is awesome because she’s really sweet shout out to Candy and this delicious shaken espresso.

I don’t know who the young guy is but 3 times already he lies and says “we don’t have that” and every time my order comes out screwed up. I think he is lazy and doesn’t bother checking for things. I literally saw a tray of fresh strawberry donuts made behind him , I asked for 1 and he says they ran out. I’m like umm it’s behind you. He’s like “oh oh my baddd”. Regarding the 5$ meal deal he can never substitute my cheese the other Dunkin had no issue doing it. Lies about the Apple pie being discontinued…. I literally drove up the block to another Dunkin and Ofcourse lo and behold they HAD it. If I find his name I’ll edit the review. I just moved nearby it’s a shame this is my home dunkin now….I will drive a few min more to go to my old one. Please reinforce your employees this guy doesn’t care. Also I don’t know if things changed but 20 years ago I worked in dunkin as a teen I made sure to offer better service.

Good afternoon to everyone that likes dunkin' donuts I also like Dunkin donuts as well but unfortunately I went to this dunkin' donuts here at 410 and sunley avenue Indian lady was very disrespectful screaming at customer and they also short in flavors if I'm paying extra I deserve to actually get what I pay for unfortunately Indian lady has been very rude and I also made a complaint with the company to reprimand her and give her training
