The manager with blonde hair was extremely rude for no reason. It felt stereotypical since I am Black. All I asked was for my son’s order to be separated because I came to pick up my sister’s order and we were going our separate ways. The associate had already started doing it when the manager told her not to, saying I could do it myself. I don’t understand what her issue was, but this situation made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. Better customer service and professionalism are definitely needed.

This dunkin Is still really bad . Does the owner just not care to fix anything or improve ? The food and coffee is so bad . Not to mention the bad attitude of some of the employees. It’s terrible how I have a dunkin so close to me and can’t even go cause it’s so bad . I have to walk 20 minutes to a good one

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts. Everyone’s reviews here are legit. Time and time again this DD proved to me how much I truly can’t stand this place. The staff are not trained. Today was the last straw. I’m never coming back. I asked for one of the new flavor lattes that costed me more than regular latte, and I got burnt coffee with settlements still on the bottom. No flavor just burnt.

I ordered from ubereats today and got sent not only an incomplete order but a lukewarm order. Hash browns were barely hot, bagels were not even cut open to be toasted. While I did contact uber eats support they are denying me a refund and the delivery guy said the order as it was is all that was handed to him. I understanduu things get cold in transit, however my order was “completed” fast, as we do not live far off from the dunkin in question. I would not have posted a review if it was a matter of missing items, because perhaps they simply did not have them, but to be given barely warm almost soggy hash-browns and then two bagels they couldn’t bother to toast properly with them cut open does not sit right. As a former barista/food retail worker, the bare minimum would not be what you see here. Come on.

Dunkin like Arbys “Why are people keeping this establishment opened? The coffee is terrible, the breakfast is terrible and the donuts are horrific. The only good thing about Dunkin is the customer svc. I stopped going for myself a long time. You're better off supporting Mon and Pop. Shops where everything is freshly made in the establishment.
