First and foremost, you must try the Pai Tan Ramen (Our Signature). This rich, creamy, and authentic broth is the heart of the restaurant's passion and is consistently praised for its depth of flavor. It is the gold standard for what a great pork-and-chicken bone broth should be, and it’s a bowl that can truly "coat the soul," as one enthusiastic New Yorker put it.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1100% recommend this place. I came here with my parents and got the appetizer of takoyaki. It was even better than the one I had in japan 🙈. We also got the miso ramen, veggie shoyu ramen, and chicken curry katsu ramen. I tried all of them and the broths were so flavorful and full of umami. The prices were also very reasonable for the portion sizes. I am satisfied with my experience.
