★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1They must be allergic to money because as an ice cream place across the street from the park on hot summer days, this place is never open their posted hours of operation on Google, and on the off chance you find that they’re open, the have super limited options. Their hours of operation on Google say they open at 12 pm. But their actual hours are inconsistent and sporadic at best. On several occasions, I’ve come by with my kids at 1:30 pm or 2:30 pm on 80+ degree days, during the work week, and it’s closed, despite Google saying it’s open. Plus they don’t have a phone number to call, so the only way to know if they’re open is by walking over and disappointing my kids. And on the rare occasions they are open, they’re out of multiple ice cream flavors and ices. Oh, and today they opened at 3:30 pm on a 90 degree day. This place could be cashing in and become the go-to neighborhood ice cream spot, but alas, they don’t like money.
July 21 · Kevin TorresI don’t usually leave reviews but this place is a great place! Great customer service, Ice cream is from one of my favorite brands, Hershey! And the icees are delicious too! I highly recommend the coconut icee and the cheesecake ice cream! The workers are so nice! The girl with the copper hair is always so so sweet to my kids!
August 07 · AshleyPricing is good but the customer service leaves you in a sour mood. The cashier sat there with her head down scrolling on her phone and only looked up once someone waved to her. Slammed the glass back closed once I collected my ice cream, left standing there telling her to have a good one like an idiot while she already slammed the glass in my face
July 20 · Isabella VargasLOVE this place!! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!! Great customer service as well:) girl with black hair super nice and has a great vibe! 😁
